During the classic timeline, if you had more than one levitation buff active, zoning into a no-lev zone would only strip a single levitation buff.

This was not fixed until March 7, 2002.
- All Levitation spells will now be stripped when entering a no-
levitation zone. There was a bug that caused the game to only strip the
first Levitation spell found

NPCs shouldn't be bound by spell casting distance rules.

This was not fixed until June 12, 2002.
- NPCs are now bound by spell casting distance rules, meaning that an
NPC's spell will no longer connect from halfway across the zone
- NPCs now have a chance to be interrupted by normal combat when
casting newer spells

The /makeleader command was not implemented until July 24, 2002.
/makeleader - The leader of the group can now reassign who the leader
of the group is by use of this command.

Players in PVP could be feared and charmed by other players until July 24, 2002.
- It is no longer possible for PC's to fear other PC's at all on any
server. The same was also done for charm.

Oh, also...
Respawn timers had no variance in the classic era. plz fix

And we definitely can't forget about the missing food timers!

Why do you start strong with posting evidence then provide nothing but wishful thinking for respawn timers?
Check out this backfire thread regarding classic variance:
https://www.project1999.com/forums/showthread.php?t=242181&highlight=Variance

Pay particular attention to the section with even a non raid mob such as Nillipus, respawn variance was a thing in classic.

Also scout charisa respawn variance:

Was just ribbing. Probably should've put a /s there. Lemme go do that (If I can still edit the post. Edit: nope, I can't. Womp womp. But yeah, that was an attempt at sarcasm.)
