I've been trying several times to fix this issue. I even did a fresh install and then patched V59. I am still getting the same spells error (1444581257). Is there anything else I should try?

Sorry, looks like V59 and V60 may have come out on the same day and I updated to V59 when V60 became active. The update worked correctly once I used the correct version.
