Are negative faction hits also 50% greater? Or is it just positive hits (and does that include quests too)

Would be nice if maybe some day a person has x amount of hours of the 50% XP in a 7 day window for more flexibility, but I ain't mad. You all do this for free.

For xmas, how about 50% xp and 100% class best stat like Dru(wis), Rogue(haste), etc. Or 100% xp and double loot would be nice :)
