Upgrades Spell File Issues

I dont know what is going on for sure, but I am continualy getting the "you need to update your spell file" character at the character select screen. I've never had an issue in the past, and i even tried using the automatic spell updating program to no avail. I tried a clean install following all the directions...I've got no idea what to do next. I haven't had this problem with previous updates, so I'm at a loss as to what I need to try next. Thanks for the help in advance
