In Droga Jail

an enslaved iksar (Quest NPC) did not give any quest item back after i handed in those 3 items he was seeking.
Bone key - Bone Necklace - Stone key

Medris testet NPC on green server and blue as well, he didt work correctly on either.
NPC do respond to hails and quest topics.

If possible i would very much like the quest item i was suppose to get "A Coarse Iron Needle"
Othervise ill just kill a couple hundred orcs more!

I'm not sure on the crusader, but for the monk shackle you had to kill placeholders until the right one appeared who responded to quest text?

Yes, it should be the same for crusader quest NPC. His placeholder are "an iksar slave"
But for this turn in, it was the right NPC "an enslaves iksar" who did respond to quest text.

Ok so i gathered all items again, but this time i turned them in on my SK who conned indiff.
Quest mob gave the item and poofed.

So not sure its broken after all, but mayby the mob shouldt do dialog with those players who are on a wrong faction or whatever it was :)

But all in all, problem seem solved for me at least :)

Generally npcs do not process quests if a player is kos (threateningly or scowls).

Pending update:
-an enslaved iksar provides bad faction dialogue for quest keywords, turn ins, and has multiquest support.
