This is Duxaui modified for 1440p resolution, it is not done and by no means perfect. I have no idea what I'm doing editing xml files this is my first time. There or tons of duplicate and unneeded test files and major ui elements missing that I am not skilled enough to fix.

Issues
1.The color behind spellgems in your spellbook and buff bar is not there, i changed the CS_buttons.bmp file to be transparent because it was conflicting with the buff bar and i dont know how to fix it. So debuffs like root/dots/etc dont have that red square behind them and buffs dont have the blue square. See spellbook gif as example.

2.I have tried to change group window and the player window and I cant make the hp bars bigger, the EQUI_PlayerWindow.xml and EQUI_GroupWindow.xml are the most complex and I am very new to this so they remain unchanged.

3.The buff bar past 9 or 10 is unfinished, I have not been able to get more than 10 buffs on a single toon so I cant really see where stuff is supposed to be. If anyone wants to get together at the tunnel with buff bots i can fix it pretty quickly just send me a message.

4.I don't have any high level toons so if there are ui windows that become active at higher level I have not seen them or made them bigger.

5.More when I find it

If anyone reading this understands xml please feel free to edit/fix and reupload the files. I'll answer any questions I can but honestly I kind of just went in and butchered everything till it worked. I used chat GPT/AI HEAVELY to help me with this and rewrite entire bits of code.

A sloppy recreation, removed almost all of the finer detail with the hp bar(little red lines and small orange/yellow/red bubbles at lower hp) but it works and looks decent.

It's dirty, same as the player window, missing tons of tiny details and the f2-f6 icons are not aligned, but it works. Ty to everyone at tunnel that sat in my group while I moved hp bars around.

I just downloaded the latest release and tested and it works for me, the error in the picture below is normal and everything should be working fine.

Pretty sure I've always gotten that error even with regular duxa and it's never been a problem.

By default it glitches out if you move bags around to diff slots and you have to reload your ui to fix it, but it seems to work. Post bugs if you find any.

1440 Duxa has the shoulders slot, but the big bag version still does not. I tried loading the default UI along with your 1440 Duxa, and also Rustle. Then going back to the BigBag version and it no longer has the shoulders. Everything else seems to work fairly well.
