New Patch

I hate patches, i can never make it work i downloaded the zip unzipped it to the eq titanium file on my comp - said replace all files with new ones - wont work
i tried doing a search of the exact file spells_us.txt .... and computer wont even find it?
whats going on
please help a computer challenged person

Basically want to download the latest patch, unzip into its own folder and then copy the contents from it into your EQ directory and have it replace any existing files
