I've seen two or three custom UI threads here, and it makes me wonder, why hasn't anyone tried to recreate the classic UI (post boxed in UI) perfectly?

There must be someone here skilled enough to make this happen!

That looks like Velious UI and is offered as part of my installer.. you can install just UI, see my signature for link:
