Wu's Tranquil Fist -> Wu's Fist of Mastery

As others are posting, I spawned Wu the Enlightened and turned in Wu's Tranquil Fist, and he simply took it w/o giving Wu's Fist of Mastery. In fact, he didn't even say "What am I supposed to do with this?" like other people have been saying their NPC has been doing.

I know of two monks who lost their back straps (assume a reimbursement is on the way for them, but at least the one in my guild hasn't gotten it yet).

Wu's fist of mastery was a velious release. People should not be doing this quest already. Can even check archive as far back as the item appears on there and its always had a Velious tag to it.

what about the other sky upgraded items?

Finding this stuff is all well and said. The matter of the fact that Eye of Veeshan was hardly killed if/at all, much less higher island mobs on farm status before Kunark. When Varent put the patch out to upgrade all sky items they deemed needed it, it simply was that, _all_ sky items.

So I'm pretty sure a lot of sky items especially those that required Eye/Sister loot weren't finished till after even epics were out, or sometime afterwards. Sky's been out for how long on this server, DA idols were used, Armys of 35+pet casters, and Eye/Noble Brothers/Bee and Sisters have been on semi farm status, and there are still quest items that haven't been finished. Yet this server started killing these mobs 3-4 months before Kunark even came out.
