What level does XP loss happen in 2024?

Nilbog said on this thread that XP loss will no longer happen for characters under level 11. I just died at level 5 and lost a level to go back lvl 4. There is also the msg that I lost experience. What am I missing?

He linked a patch that shows exp for dying under level 11 wasn't introduced until Luclin, which means it's not on this server.

Actually still shopping around for a 96% rez. Got a high lvl cleric?? I had to make an alt account so my rez timer doesn’t tick down while I play.

I’m just playing around with de levelling and I thought I was only able to go down to lvl 10 but now I know it’s level 4. Thanks for the responses everyone
