Scaled Wolf Stalkers Aren't Spawning

I've been leveling up in the Field of Bone for 12 hours now and I haven't seen a single scaled wolf stalker in the pit. I'm leveling on the more difficult side (toward Kurn's Tower) where they should be roaming. I remember on classic they were jumping and slaughtering unsuspecting players; kinda boring leveling in here without them causing trouble.

There were already some spawns, but not enough on the east side. Added some more.
