Rogue sneak hide or just sebilis broken

I am constantly conning mobs and sneak/hide by them just fine, now when i sneak hide past the same mobs they are attacking me, i have died countless times to dragging corpses helping other players, also other member in seb invising passed mobs conning indiff, then running again with invis still up being hit. Wondering if this is something broken or what the case is. very weird.

I have had several instances on my rogue where hide/sneak failed after using it for several minutes. Both recent times this happened, once in CoM and once in LGuk, after wandering around in hide/sneak i get the message "you have moved and are no longer hidden". Very frustrating to have it fail mid corpse recovery etc. Should also note that once was while dragging a corpse, other time there were no corpses/anything to click on to break it.

This just happened to me on my rogue. Random jugg saw through level 51 rogue hide/sneak Definitely broken imo!
