I could be wrong, but bards never got 2HS skill. So even though they could equip it, their skill would never rise above zero.

Correct. But it still gave them the ability to look super cool running around with a big axe.

Fixed, pending update

Ashenbone Axe, ogre war maul, double-bladed bone axe, dwarven two-handed axe fixed. Also added Rogue usable to the appropriate ones. Cros Treewind's staff is already correct.

Dragon Bone Hammer. Does it exist? Can't find proof of this item.

And.

I couldn't find any proof of the Dragon Bone Hammer, other than EQatls' "item list" that they give on every zone, and that spreadsheet that I linked above.

Other than that, appears to be non-existant.
