I find the Gluten intolerance thing strange in the U.S. I spent 2 months in the Philippines over the last year. Stayed in a small village about 2 hours from Manila. Not a single person had ever heard of gluten intolerance.. I mean, soy sauce is in everything.. And i never saw gluten free soy sauce in the stores. Or gluten free anything honestly. In fact i'm half japanese, and when i look at my own family, the white side has multiple people that are gluten intolerant, but there are 0 with a gluten intolerance on the japanese side.. Is this mostly a white people issue? just curious...

idk, but i doubt people claiming gluten intolerance are making up symptoms - I've seen people's bellies swell after eating somehting they claim to be sensitive to. I'm not convinced it is actually gluten or whatever is causing the issue, maybe it just tends to be present in the stuff that does promote a reaction even if it isn't the actual cause.

I reckon it is something to do with processed food, contanimated workspaces or ingredients, or some other undesirable factor.

That reckoning aligns to your view that in a village or whatever detached from globalistmegacopsupply chain those undesirable factors may not make it so easily in to food.

I know one person who I'm usually sharing a drink with on mondays: they will react to a lot of stuff with dairy or cereal in, but local beers don't trigger them. It is very curious.

It was eye opening to me how many people are negatively impacted by food consumption and don't even realize it.

The frequency at which people in America that I observe around me wake up feeling like shit almost every day, many times even to the extend of taking a sick day off work, only to magically feel better as the day goes on is staggering.

I too fell victim to this, waking up most days feeling rough in the morning times, but just pushing through it more than the average person (not taking time off). As the years go on and I get older I started being more conscious about making healthier choices with what I eat and I was amazed to find that I would wake up in the morning and no longer have those feelings of being slightly sick or having an unhappy stomach. It opened my eyes to the fact that almost everyone around me is just like I was, waking up daily feeling like shit or just less than ideal and not having yet linked it to the fact that they are consuming absolute trash food that is the norm in the American food chain.

Like many people when I travel I don't tend to put the same types of healthy eating restrictions on myself that I do in my day to day. But interestingly enough when I travel outside of the country I don't really ever experience that morning roughness even with an unrestricted (no self control) style diet.

I don't have any food allergies or reactions to food as I consume it other than the occasional over full feeling after a huge meal and I find a lot of people are in the same boat as viewing themselves as not being impacted by the food chain because there is no short term negative reaction when they eat but waking up feeling rough on a consistent basis and not linking it back to dietary (food supply) issues.

I actually love the scam attempts, I play back at those. I can’t wait until I am old enough for Indian and Nigerian men to try to catfish me on social media like they do my uncle frequently. I am a bit worried though, because I used to get the occasional “Oops wrong number, hey you seem nice…” text out of the blue. But I fucked with those so hard I’m worried I got myself on some kind of “Don’t bother” list at the scammer headquarters in Lagos or Myanmar or wherever. Because I don’t get them anymore :(

What I don’t like is the 10-15 political text spam I get per day. I don’t respond to any and block as many as I can but the deluge never stops. I cannot wait until the election is over and I’m free of this spam
