Hail, we have heard many complaints lately that the meta has been stale. We want to shake things up for a month and do a few changes. These changes are just temporary. The changes will take affect starting May 11th at 12:01 AM and run for 5 weeks ending on June 15th 11:59PM!
Kael
For all raid mobs in kael you will be racing from zone in to get FTE. You are still allowed to coth but FTE must be obtained by a racer. Mobs can be pulled to entrance if desired.
No speed enhancement buffs or spells. That means no sow, bard speed, jboots, ect. If caught using such spells your guild takes a 10 minute pause.
No levitation of any kind.
Temple of Veeshan.
No speed enhancement buffs or spells. That means no sow, bard speed, jboots, ect. If caught using such spells your guild takes a 10 minute pause.
Vulak Specific:
10 minute timer starts after the last blocker has died.
At the end of the timer a foot race will begin and the first person to FTE vulak secures a 1 hour lockout for their guild.
Each guild/teamup is only allowed to send one racer to try and FTE vulak.
Guilds must wait behind the race line until a your racer has tagged vulak.
Team ups must be declared before race begins
You are allowed as many FTE's during this one hour as you wish. You can use this to kill guards.
However, you are only allowed one attempt. One attempt is classified as attempting to kill vulak. I'm not going to get into the nitty gritty of what an attempt is. I want guilds to use their best judgement.
If you fail your attempt there will be another 10 minute lock out.
Guilds will race again. However, the guild that failed must sit out this round.
Repeat this cycle until vulak is dead
Rules subject to change at any time for any reason at the sole discretion of staff.
