Stumbled at the beginning

Hi,
I just installed the game but apparently, there are no servers to connect to!
I have followed all the steps required but am now at a standstill!
I don't know what else to do!
Is there anyone that can help me get what else I need to get done to be able to play?

Are you making it past the log in screen to the server select screen? Can you share a screengrab of the point you get stuck?

I used to have this problem more on wifi, particularly if I was downloading something using 100% bandwidth in the background.

If you're using a firewall make sure you're allowing access :)
