In my experience usually someone from CSR will catch you the next time you're online. I assume they have some sort of system like a ticket system where they leave it open until resolved and then close it that way CSR can just go through the open tickets when they pop on and reach out as needed. Just a guess.

Other characters are just fine, they know how to find you :) Not sure about other accounts, but doesn't sound like that's a concern.
