New video card suggestions?

Have a video card I got about 4 years ago, its starting to shit the bed and overheat/crash.

Don't really want to upgrade the rest of my PC but I currently have a shitbox 8800 GTS 320mb and am looking for something to stick in my x16 pci express slot that will give me the most bang for my buck. Any suggestions?

Funny, we just updated/replaced the video card in the gaming PC upstairs (which was almost exactly like the one you list there).

I'm sure there are other choices that are good, but we got this -

I kinda wanted to get the 560, but didn't want to pay that much. It seems like a solid replacement right now, improving all games played on it a good portion (improvement in FPS).
