Character models

Hello people,

I have a question regarding character models.

Can anyone tell me which version (after luclin, before?) these in the link below are? I thought they were the original (classic) but I don't see anything like these when creating a character on 1999. Hope a link is ok... https://altarofgaming.com/everquest-races/

They're definately later models as the Shadows of Luclin Vah Shir are there and the Frogloks.

Thank you. I figured so. Is this normal, blond haired dark elf? Not sure if something installed wrong or if it's meant to be this way. My only character memories are of dark haired dark elves however, when I try to create one on P1999, blond hair is the only choice.
Not complaining, just trying to figure out if it was meant to be this way.
