View Full Version : Additional SMS email (not SMS text) not arriving

Hello all,

Does anyone have any experience with this? The additional SMS email verification step, due to active login accounts existing, doesn't seem to be sending an email and I can't request another email.

The message says that if I don't respond to the email in 7 days, the default is "I accept" and I assume that means I can then go ahead and try to reset my login password.

Has anyone else experienced this and had success?
