IP has a temporary block on green

Hello,
I'm not sure why this happens. It happens about once or twice a week to me. I do not have 2 accounts. It says my IP has a temporary block, please try again later. Nobody else in my house plays EQ. Also I can log into Blue with no issues, it's only the green server.

If anyone has a fix please please let me know. Usually it only lasts a few hours but today has been all day with the same error.

Make sure you don't have any instances of eqgame.exe running in task manager.

Because this server uses antiquated technology. They don't understand shared IP addresses.

I've restarted several times, reset the router, checked task manager. I've tried everthing. It's been happening everyday lately.

been having the same issue, to no avail.... started happening a few months ago and the first time it ever happened it took around 16hrs to resolve itself
