IP temporary ban?

Hello, not sure if anyone runs into this issue. It says my IP has been temporarily banned, please try again later. It happens to me about once a week. Is there a way to fix this? I can't log in for a few hours and then it works fine. Today has been all day however. I don't have 2 accounts, and nobody else in my house plays. Any advice or help would be appreciated!

Are you crashing? It can take a few mins to kick you out of the game to log in again. If you get a hung process of eqgame.exe still running after a crash it'll keep you blocked out until you kill that process in the task manager or restart your PC to clear it out

Yes, I have restarted several times. Also reset my router. And it allows me to log on blue, it's just the green server that's doing it for me. Which is unfortunately where I have all my characters.
