Issues seeing servers sometimes

Greetings,

My brother in Nova Scotia Canada has issues seeing the p1999 servers sometimes.
Sometimes he needs to log in and out of the server list many times for the P1999 servers to show. Sometimes this can take a couple times of tries, sometimes it can take 30-40 times to see the servers.

He has no issues logging into the forums.
He has opened the ports and ensured it's clear through his antivirus.
He has no issues logging into the p2000 servers.
His modem is only a year old from Bell Canada.

Does anyone have any ideas, please & thank you.

Can try the Middlemand login helper. It filters the server list to only try to load the p99 servers

The github page has instructions for setting it up. Basically have to edit your eqhost.txt file, have the middlemand window running and then login like you normally would
