Harnoff Splitrock (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=10595) is currently spawning out of era in North Kaladim. He was added in a Feb 2002 patch (http://www.tski.co.jp/baldio/patch/20020213.html) along with a couple other NPCs as a source of limited-supply, restockable high quality ore (https://web.archive.org/web/20020408174325/http://www.eqtraders.com:80/quests/qeynos_ore.htm). It's worth noting that Yakem Oreslinger (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=13981), added in the same patch, does not spawn in South Qeynos on P99.
