Ragefire turnin/loot rights

I've done all the cleric epic bits up to Ragefire but can't get lucky with finding Zordak up and its driving me mildly crazy.

I know roughly what the full epic costs, but as I "just" need this bit hopefully its less. PM me here or on disco with your price.
