- 8x EXP
- Increased drop rate in POH/POF
- Jboots on Drelzna 10% / Manastone 5% / Guise 20%?
- Mistwalker on Vox I can't remember the rate.
- Increased drop rates in Guk for weapons/flipped the rate on most things 75/25
- Fixed zonelines around solb/temple to the old standard locations.
- Implemented Crusaders/Gorillas/Templars in CT for Decaying/Ravenscale
- Implemented Ishva Mal encounter in an empty paw at the entrance.
- Put in static Hasten for Jboots
- Put in Merchant in EC tunnel with research spells, will add on the list to all levels
- Put in Box of Abu Karsten

- Changed resists so Magic CC won't land. Fear/Charm/Root/Snare/Darkness line/Mez/color flux/bonds of force/Chains of consonant whatever it was. WILL NOT LAND. On live they never landed. You can argue that with malo and tash they did but I am not messing around with this to try and perfect it. They won't land. It will hurt itemization a bit but it is what it is. Classic gear is mostly fashion quest anyway. I don't really want FR/CR/DR/PR to resist anything so it will be a compromise. Which was similar to live most people didn't have stacked everything.

If roots/snare land in PVP it's just easy mode, and just really to easy for everyone to burn them down in 2 seconds. It wasn't like live and it just ruins it for casters and melee.

- Pets will not zone with owner
- Tested Melee/dmg compared to Pet dmg/Nukes - It seems OK? but I will have my finger on the pulse at all times you better fucking take that to the bank.

Golem metal wand won't drop but I mean with discord people are going to get stripped I won't remove dispell even though on live no one was discord timing lures and dispell trains and shit but ill leave it. Kunark is fairly perfect by design so I think I will leave most of it. People can fly through classic and gear up then Kunark will drag out a bit on the gear side. I won't up anything and most of it is raid anyway.

Just fun fact there will never be a Velious. I think it ruins the game.

If I ever did a Velious it would be a custom with tons of trash mobs removed permanently and mobs reduced in strength significantly.

But I won't do it, Kunark is the sweet spot.

Also you can’t make a quality pvp server with 0 coding. Database work is necessary yes but you can’t do everything without touching the code. I’m going to try to push some of RoT’s pvp changes to master to help other people who possibly want to do a pvp server. You’re making use of that code already by just being on master. Guards assisting in pvp wasnt on master until I coded it. It’s always good to respect other server providers for the work you benefit from :)

The issue is nailing it perfectly. On live it was 99.9 chance resist with 80 mr so it basically didn’t work. Most people had 140 esp rogues in case tash malo you’d still resist but getting those numbers perfect is just annoying. It will change itemization but feel more classic. Items didn’t mean much till velious is the truth.

Full cobalt was pure ac lol.

It’s why that expansion is the best. Fungi was still very important. Epics. Clickies. Boh. Etc. jboots. Mrylo bp etc. itemization mattered but not raw hp ac stat advantage absurd.

The other issue is people nowadays will strip chain you, lose all your shit, eat a tash malo, and a snare, with windstrikers on you etc.

In 1999 the real PVP was, your raid ports/zones into a zone. Lets say POH. EVERYONE crashes. The server crashes. People load in scattered alone in a cluster fuck with no leader or team speak. That was classic PVP. I get that's not possible to recreate but it was a beauty.

It's not ideal but it's the best I can do with PEQ DB. At level 30 you'll have some ability to run away and position yourself not to get griefed off the start.

End game Kunark is still legit drop rates so there will be some status items etc. If people ever played and things got cock blocked I would add Variance but were nowhere near that.

Advocate on Red99 for positive changes, played every PVP box EMU. Won Image's box against Harney, Touch(PDM anyone?), (Harrison(PDM), I was first 50 rogue on Red, etc. This is my game.

I mess with people when I don't care but I care about my box, my little egg. I don't give a shit about anyone I've played with or against truthfully.

It's pretty much do what you want box idc, but I do kind of think if someone's tapping out and saying LNS and shit I would intervene. The current PEQ Database is basically Red99, but feels like Garage box. Pets make PVE trivial which is good. And they seem not broken in PVP which is very important.

Red99 feels like total dog shit don't lie to yourselves I get it's classic but that's a long road of pain that classic shit. I can't imagine anyone wanting to commit that time to an emulator but in Red99's case Rogean could pull it off and people could get into the character development. I think it's for retards but to each their own. Easy repetitive sequences to prove you're better? What? I'll just program my AI to do taht for me like wtf it's basic.

I think the grind is immersive and necessary. Insta 60 would be a bad idea. But I don't want it to be about the grind and items, and is warp speed.

It's basically the old VZTZ box level of EXP, I improved planar drops I remember they had droppable planar kinda same thing people just hooked you up.

There's no real market for people who want to PVP only PVE. That's why Cwall came back after Nizzar quit to raid Velious. This server is basically Bluebs.

I actually have 1 dedicated player while im grinding quarm he plays every day. I like the kid hes like a son to me.

If I ever had a guild start doing content, and another crew tried to contest them that's what it's all about I'd love it. My box is designed for gearing/levelling people quickly and recruiting into your guild. Probably won't happen but I won't give up!

Why is staff allow other servers to be promoted in their exclusive classic project? Other p servers do no allow this. I think the same should be made here as well. No one cares about quarm or this project and trying to poach existing players is pretty low brow.

I was hoping I could just steal project 1999 spell work by using their spellfile to make it feel more classic, but it doesn't jive quite right with PEQ things just don't match up.

So unfortunately you need a fresh EQEMU install to play Project Zek. I fixed the Sow back to EQEMU.

Sorry for anyone that installed P99 Files to goof around here but youll need a fresh install for spells specifically to work better, but I find it runs smoother all around on a fresh EMU install.

Quarm was choppy as fuck, I guess classic? I know a lot of people but the frame rate was buggy and the zones were ugly and dark Classic as fuck I know. The Ogres were all red colored and the info I got was it was our Ogre infra vision. Who wants to play that stupid shit.

Deleted my p99 folder and I think probably won't ever reinstall their shit again.

Another cool thing is I can make Maps work for every zone now, since it was p99 hackery apparently which disabled them since they are all Client Side.
