New Computer issue

i just bought a new computer with windows 11 pro. grabbed the old titanium disk an installed. the new computer came with directx12. i downloaded directx9 june 2010, then installed v57 files from the site. i logged into the game, then selected a server, when i got to character select the characters are speedhacked. after logging into the server speedhack is surely on.

i downloaded WinEQ 2.0. afterwards, i made a new account, then i pointed the titanium file to wineq 2 via the preferences. started the game up via wineq 2 to find no change. i tinkered with the options tab in game, where i set the frames from 100 to 10. this change seems to slow down the whole game. it doesnt slow it down nearly enough to play like normal tho.

the titanium disk came with directx installer. the directx on the installer is not compatible at all with windows 11 pro. i was able to log into non-preferred servers. i always used the directx on the titanium disk #1.
