Focus of Spirit and Visions of Grandeur should not stack

per this patch ~6 months after Luclin (http://www.tski.co.jp/baldio/patch/20020508.html), Focus of Spirit should no longer overwrite Visions of Grandeur. FoS and VoG were not stacking prior to this patch due to a dex conflict in slot 3. On the same date as the patch note, 2002-05-08 13:28 Added Slot 5: Increase DEX by 60
2002-05-08 13:28 Removed Slot 3: Increase DEX by 60 FoS had its dex component moved to a different slot to remove the stacking issue. The dex component has always been slot 3 for VoG.

Out of era evidence and post expansion patch note. Likely was caused by the expansion itself.
