Game freezes and crashes when using hot keys

Anyone else experience an issue when using your hot keys that the game crashes? This is only doing it for one character, the others seem fine and I’m able to use the hot keys. I’ve tried replacing them but I’m at a lose for what to do.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Anything special about your hotkeys? Multiple commands, or are you just dragging buttons around? Does the one that crashes your client output to a different chat window than the others?

First suggestion would be to rename (or delete) that char's ui file so it gets recreated. You'll lose your window placements, hotkeys*, etc. Look for the files starting with your character name in your eq folder:

<your name>_Project1999(or P1999Green).ini

Nothing special on that one. It’s a mix of social, combat, and action buttons.
1. Ranged Attack, drug over
2. Assist, created social button
3. Disarm, drug from combat
4. Kick, drug from combat
5. inventory, /auto inventory created in social
6. Hide
7. Tracking
8. Loc, /location from social
9. Forage
0. Sit

Pretty simple stuff. Replaced them all and it still crashes. Thanks for the recommendation on the UI file, didn’t even think about that. I’ll give it a shot.
