i'm willing to bet this was an uberloot dropped when kunark first came out. i've killed lots of flunkies and i'm psyched to see a word or rune on them. i'd fall out of my seat if i found one of these.

I would guess the same thing, since some other uber items dropped in OT when Kunark first came out that do not drop anymore...Sarnak Bracer...
