Spell: Imbue Fire Opal OR 3 casts from a Wizard with the spell

Hey all. I'm looking to get 3 Fire Opals imbued, but I don't have the spell and I've been having trouble finding someone who does. So I'm either looking to buy the scroll OR pay a wizard who knows the spell to imbue 3 gems for me. Let me know if you can help!
