4 days into the Hardcore event...

We added an "Immortal Challenge" for those who hit 60 without dying.

I am likely never playing on red again so I expect that number to dwindle and fade.

Really think this hardcore side idea is the difference to bringing folks to this server. Why play d4 hardcore this is better!!!

Tbh the best use at this point of red99 is to use it for some alternative way to play the game like this with a small group of pals like some DnD group or some shit.

If you didn't know, there is now a 50% experience bonus and a 50% loot bonus on Red through July 5th. This is a great time to start a character, level up quicly, and get lots of loot!

having people roll "HC" characters while other PVP chars can attack you.

Not sure how it makes no sense.

No one is expecting to level 1-60 without losing a PvP encounter. Nearly impossible for a new player to win PvP vs the army vets dripping in years of raid gear.

Trying to go 1-60 without a PvE death sounds fun and anyone can try it.

If PvP happens, engage in it, celebrate it, learn from it, whatever.

Makes a lot of sense if you look at it.

Dulu got dedded. Deleted his 53 shaman. Died by accident from a guildmaster in a city, too.
