Meditate Skill keeps resseting to 0

I have trained my meditate skill up a few times as a Woodelf Druid (currently level 7) and every time I log back into the game, it is reset to 0. I have been training it at the Rivervale Druid GM. I don't see any pattern to it, but I've repeated it 3 times.

You don't get meditate til level 8.

For some reason they let you train it earlier than it actually works here. Possibly a bug

The titanium client believes it should be trainable and the server corrects it. Theres several skills across a few classes where this happens. Not sure if anything can be done since the client cannot be altered/distributed
