fighting a blue Lizardman Mystic and hitting him for 20 damage, and I used Harm Touch on it. He just stood there and healed over and over always going back to 50% hp or higher, then while attacking me it hits me for 20 damage also. It was literally hitting the maximum limit for everything it is able to do for a level 3 mob. Wiki says it's supposed to hit for 1-10 and heal for even less, but it was doing 20 damage and healing for 30-50.
