Cannot connect to patcher

Greetings,

I just installed EQ Titanium, and extracted the requisite patch to the game directory prior to launching, set executable to run as admin and launched, but all i get is this connection failed error (attached).

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the software deleting the folder and re-patching. All firewalls are completely disabled, do not run AV.

Any suggestions?

Make sure you are following the Getting Started guide. This is not how you launch p99

Launch the game with Launch Titanium.bat
