Running Windows 11 on a new PC, every time I select Green server it kicks me back to the login screen with the below authentication error. I've tried the following solutions I found here so far:

Set max clockspeed to 3.2Ghz
Reinstalled using Duxa's installer, set use single CPU
Turned off Windows Firewall
Set desktop resolution to 800x600
Tried running windowed and full screen

Is there any other solution to this?

I've also tried a fresh install of Windows 10 and it just will not run on this AMD Ryzen 7900X system. I'm watching the clockspeed in three different applications on another monitor and it never goes above 3.2Ghz, which seems to be the solution for this error everywhere I look.

Are your antivirals doing a nope? Check the client is white listed.

For future reference, it turns out limiting the clockspeed via a Windows utility like Ryzen Master is insufficient. I had to set a max of 4.2 in the bios itself, perma-nerfing my new rig. I don't see any way of limiting a single core and forcing the EQ executable to use only that core, but will keep looking.

set to winxp sp3 compatability mode?

Yup. Only thing that made a difference was locking clockspeed in BIOS.

This may seem silly, but you remember there is a different login for forums than the game servers?

dont hate me if im wrong but you should be fine with this chip. AMD chips with a clock speed of 4.2ghz and over are having the issues.

5800x3d has a base clockspeed of 3.4ghz. so you should be fine and dandy

When you set the compatibility mode, what exact file did you do that too?

Yup, hope that OP set that one. Not sure if you can set compatibility in any of the other files within titanium. I'm assuming it's only executables. Just maybe something to check. I wanna say that I set mine to SP2, but briefly remember someone saying something about SP3? I can double check when home. I was having A LOT of the mentioned issues, but doing the compatibility trick fixed most everything. Also, noticed that the issues became MUCH more frequent after OC'ing my processor. Does anyone know the underlying reason why rolling compatibility back works in some cases?

Have you tried WinEQ? I had major issues (not the same issue you had unfortunately) running EQ on my new desktop and this free application fixed all issue for me.
- It is less likely terminate your program with windows resolution change or admin confirmation
- It fixed wierd random "could not write memory" issue

Also, if you are on wifi, try use LAN also, if you are using cloud try to pause it. Surprisingly login server is far more fragile than you think.
