There is a post saying that the higher level Qeynos Badges are not classic and therefore not in p99, but no mention was made about the first three badges:
Investigator's Badge
Interrogator's Badge
Researcher's Badge
The p99 wiki has the full quest details, but I haven't seen the corrupt Guard Shilster anywhere, despite waiting around where he should be.
Can any confirm or deny that these are in p99? I haven't taken the time to go to Qeynos to see if the dialog exists simply because it is such a long run if it is all for nothing. Thanks.
