i cant install?

so ive followed the setup walkthrough and i throw in the new patch i look for launch titanium but when i click it says cant find eqgame? ive reinstalled twice fresh start but still the same issue what am i missing here?

Don’t install to program files folder or the bat tries to open in system32 folder instead of everquest folder.
