So my screen and mouse cursor skip while mouse looking quickly.
I thought it was my mouse at first, but when tested, the screen is also skipping as in a screen tearing fashion, only verticle instead of horizontal.
I'm assuming it could be Max FPS setting? It's been happening since the update, wasn't there some sort of FPS change?
My Max FPS is currently set to 100. Should it be lower?
