Vanquish v Riot tunare 12/29/22
Result: Thrown out
Reasoning: This petition is being thrown out. We did talk about double loot and it's impact on petitions. We all agreed that double loot will be so rare and random that it shouldn't impact petition decisions. For this Riot already conceded 2x and we feel like no further punishment is needed.
Vanquish vs. Riot - Lepethida - 12/11/22
Result: Thrown out
Reasoning: This petition was super close to being considered a petty petition. The HoT mini, Lepethida, is pulled the same exact way these two guilds compete with every single HoT mini pop. Riot FTE's first, drops their pull, and VQ tries to pick it back up to pull into camp. VQ ends up killing this Lepethida.
Vanquish vs. Riot - Trakanon 12/6/22
Result: Thrown out
Reasoning: Both guilds run in at the same time for FTE and create a messy situation. Vanquish killed Trakanon at the end of all this.
Riot vs. Vanquish - MOTG 12/08/22
Result: Vanq 1 week suspension from ST.
Reasoning: This golem should have been conceded. Also, a petition response is needed for every petition. We are trying to promote clear communication and dialog between guilds. Not doing a defense leaves us nothing to review. If there were a defense here then we might be having a different discussion.

Reasoning: Primarily being tossed because of the delay of posting about this in the UN, prior to submitting it as a raid concern. The lateness in addressing the issue may indicate a lack of faith in the strength of a concern and doesn't give the opposing guild(s) time to properly discuss and gather additional information when time is of the essence. We don't think there was a stall here.

Reasoning: We saw ample communication between Riot and the rest of the server. Don't put yourself in harms way. This is a warning to all members of this UN, if we see this behavior again we may take action against the player or entity that submits the petition.
A few of these petitions were extremely petty or they were just submitted to try and force us to make more defined ruligns. and if we start to see more petitions like these then we will start being harsher with petty petitions.
