This armor mold merchant in Rivervale no longer has the Small Sleeve Sectional Mold. She has the plate mold for small plate arms but not the ones for the banded. It's the only mold she is missing. I know she had them before the last patch because I leveled up my blacksmith skill before then, and used the arms myself until I got an upgrade.
