Are there any red characters on blue or green?

Ive never really done pvp before but I had a few questions.

Would I still be able to group with blues?

Whats the population? If you had to guess.

Guilds formed around the idea?

I've seen one or two in my time.
I think they were mainly solo, self found, or hardmode alts that wanted to be not buffable by Blues.
Nowhere near enough population to form a guild.

I see them around from time to time.

Players really can't interact with them in a group/social or raid setting.

When they are RED and no one else is, you can't buff, heal or even port them.

Unless you have 5 other RED friends to hang out with.
