Tool Tip Disappeared

Greetings, I somehow disabled tool tips on my UI (no addons or extras just base UI). Usually when i hover mouse over HP/MP bar I'll get a % readout after a second or two. Somehow I must have accidentally disabled this because now this doesn't work and also the equipment name doesn't show up when I hover over that either. I've looked through the options menu and can't find a hot key for this function. Please help!

I have not experienced this myself but have heard a pending windows update tends to cause this.

You might just try a restart first Start > Power > Restart.

and then if still an issue

Start > settings > update and security > check for updates > restart due to pending updates.

Make sure it's an actual restart and not shutdown / power on (unless you have fast startup disabled).
