Rogue Sneak Not Working Correctly

Hello!

I have a 60 rogue who has not failed sneaking (as quiet as a herd of running elephants) in a REALLY long time. It's been MANY levels and I have never failed sneak before at lvl 60.

I just failed sneak 5 times in a span of 10 minutes.

Is this an intended change from the recent patch? After going for so long never failing this seems extremely odd.

Lvl 60, 200 sneak skill. last fail was June 9 when I was like lvl 30 or something.

Update: After relogging, I haven't failed sneak again. But another guildmate just had the same thing happen on their 60 rogue, so it's more than just a freak thing that happened to me.

Correction: Just failed four more times in a few minutes!

rogues shouldn't be able to fail hide or sneak once their skill reaches 100+ in the appropriate skill

A couple things worth noting:

1) I was in HOT in TOV when these fails happened inside Tavekalem’s cubby. This meant there were many mobs above lvl 60 nearby. My working theory is that they changed sneak to fail much like feign death, with a higher chance of failure near higher level mobs.

2) these fails happened during a duel, and they happened when I was not in a duel. They happened while hidden and while not hidden. They happened before and after relogging. I relogged at least 5 times during this period of fails.

3) monks cap sneak at 113 and I still fail regularly, so not sure about whether the true skill for not failing is more like 150. But my rogue is at 200 like every other lvl 60 rogue.
