Kanthurn Spawn

Kanthurn in Latke Rathe is spawning slow and with what seems to be double HP
He normally spawns at the same rate as Taia Lyfol and simular HP

Nilbog: Kanthurn dialogue, hp, loot, respawn time corrected. Does not spawn until May2001.

You are just used to unclassic behavior that has finally been fixed.
