Wisdom Cap

I was reading the P99 Wiki and saw a mention of a "soft wisdom cap" of 200. Would someone explain to me just what this is and how it works? I thought I remember something about a wisdom cap of 215 back on my Live days, but I just don't recall how it all worked. Any enlightenment would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't recall the exact numbers... but, like, every wisdom point up until the cap is worth an amount of mana.. 10? maybe. So with 200 wisdom, you get 2000 mana from your wisdom score. After 200, each point is only worth another amount.. maybe it's 5. So with 201 wisdom, you get 2005 mana from your wisdom score.

It's a "soft cap" because you still gain from above it, but not as much as up to that cap.

the mana formula is increase by +1 mana per wis/int per each 5 levels

so at lev 50 - 1 wis worth 10 mana
at lev 60 - 1 wis worth 12 mana

this for 200 wis or LESS

above 200 wis, you get only HALF of ratio

So if you are lev 50 with 250 WIS, then:

200*10=2000
50*5=250
2250 mana total

for 60 this becomes:
200*12=2400
50*6=300
2700 mana total
