The rewards from Slaggak's Bounty (https://wiki.project1999.com/Slaggak%27s_Bounty) appear to be reversed. According to the quest text, turning in 4x Shard Wurm Fangs should reward a pair of Cerulean Greaves and 4x Ice Wyvern Stinger should reward Cerulean Vambraces. Currently on Green, fangs reward the vambraces and stingers reward the greaves. I found a Feb 2001 comment (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=1209#m98280061021813) suggesting the quest worked as expected.
