Vanquish vs Riot
The wurm agreement isn’t something we were aware of let alone something we said we would enforce. Even if we did, it doesn’t look like it would apply. Riot clearly trained vanquish during their attempt though. The player they said peeked over and caused it didn’t move an inch, the riot monk brought the mobs too close. This should have been a drop and vacate at the very least. Had riot not trained vanquish, the situation would have developed differently.
Punishment: Riot is suspended from Temple of Veeshan for one week starting 10/13/22 at 11:59 pm.
edit: We are adding 1, naturally spawning, Vulak to Riot’s suspension that will be effective after their ToV suspension.
In this event, the entity should have vacated rather then proceeded with the target.

Vanquish clearly trained Riot. They should have conceded and vacated the zone. Had vanquish not trained riot the situation would have played out differently.
Punishment: Vanquish is suspended from Temple of Veeshan for one week starting 10/13/22 at 11:59 pm.

Riot pulled the mob off of vanquish almost immediately. They never gave Vanquish the chance to tank it if that was their goal. This feels like it could have resolved easily on the field.
