I have a turnkey Rogue Epic MQ (Ragebringer) ready to go.

46 to use, but do not have to be 46 to get the MQ - get it ahead of time :)

Dealt with anyone buying the epic that is hated to stanos? I’ve heard it can be done but very carefully. What do you actually have to do if so?

IIRC: hide/sneak in to where you're facing at an angle to both stanos and the GM - then drop hide, but not sneak and do turn-ins

The 'facing them' sneak gives you indifferent for the turn in, without hide creating the situation where it eats the item

Haven't had to do it though, so that's not confirmed on my end

I have successfully performed 60+ Rogue Epic MQs and can confirm this will work.
