Good luck! I've tried for Devouring Darkness for a bit too. Was actually sent tells saying you don't need this spell and to stop asking for it. I just wanted it to have it... kinda complete the set.

I disagree with the people telling you that.

Sure, the snare component of the spell isn't much stronger than earlier snare DoTs, but the damage is higher. Even more than the snare DoT on the epic.
